Zusammenfassung

Takeda Neuchâtel is seeking a Materials Management Analyst to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components for life-saving medicines. You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Procurement, and suppliers to manage planning, purchasing, inventory, and supply risks in a regulated environment.

You will plan and purchase materials, monitor MRP messages, maintain purchase orders, track stock levels and lead times, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the supply

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA in manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and inventory planning experience.
• Knowledge of GMP in pharma or biotech environments.

Aufgaben

• Plan and purchase raw and auxiliary materials for production.
• Review MRP messages, create and maintain POs, monitor supplier deliveries.
• Track material availability, stock-out risks, inventory status, safety stocks.
• Coordinate transfers between Takeda sites as needed.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, Procurement, AP, and suppliers to resolve issues.
• Escalate supply risks and provide visibility to stakeholders.
• Maintain lead times, safety stocks, and master data parameters.
• Lead daily material-risk discussions and follow up on actions.
• Support material qualification activities and related purchasing processes.
• Analyze performance data and develop reports and dashboards to improve visibility and efficiency.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
