Danaher Corporation's SCIEX unit in Switzerland (Basel area) seeks a Senior Application Support Specialist. You will deliver high‑quality technical support for mass spectrometry applications in Pharma and Clinical/Forensic markets, develop methods, and train customers onsite and remotely.

You will travel within the EMEA region, engage customers, and collaborate with Sales & Marketing to identify opportunities, leveraging SCIEX instruments and MS expertise.

Qualifikationen

• Degree/PhD in chemistry, life sciences or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record in analytical chemistry and MS method development.
• Awareness of HPLC-MS technologies and SCIEX instrumentation.

Aufgaben

• Provide pre-sales support via customer visits, product demonstrations and workshops.
• Deliver post-sales on-site training and timely telephone support to customers.
• Gather field data to inform sales and marketing about market conditions and opportunities.
• Collaborate with local and European teams to resolve technical problems quickly.
• Travel across the EMEA region to engage customers and provide expert support.
