Zusammenfassung

Sonova is seeking an experienced product quality reliability leader to own and evolve the global CtQ framework for hardware and software products, ensuring the critical characteristics are embedded and verified throughout the lifecycle.

You will partner with Product Development, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality and Service, lead cross-functional CtQ reviews, drive KPIs, and enable end-to-end traceability from requirements to field performance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience applying APQP, PPAP, FMEA and Lean to improve product quality.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; familiarity with ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304 is an advantage.
• Cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Product Development and Manufacturing.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

• Partner with Product Development to embed CtQ characteristics early in development.
• Lead cross-functional CtQ reviews with R&D, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality and Service.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability of CtQ attributes from requirements to field performance.
• Integrate CtQ into Design-, Process-, Service FMEA and Safety Risk Management.
• Feed back field performance and customer insights to CtQs for continuous improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement of CtQ methodologies, tools and KPIs.

At Sonova, we're looking for an experienced product quality reliability leader to own and evolve our global Critical-to-Quality (CtQ) framework for our Hardware and SW products, ensuring the critical product characteristics are embedded and verified throughout the entire product lifecycle. Working across Product Development, Manufacturing, Operations, Supplier Quality and Service, you will establish global CtQ governance, drive end-to-end traceability and help shape how innovative hearing solutions are developed over the full product lifecycle. More About The Role

• Own and continuously evolve Sonova's global Critical-to-Quality (CtQ) process, ensuring its implementation and effectiveness across the entire product lifecycle.
• Establish and drive global CtQ governance, standards and best practices across product development, manufacturing, supplier and service.
• Partner with Product Development teams to ensure Critical-to-Quality characteristics and Reliability Engineering principles are considered from the earliest stages of product development.
• Lead cross-functional CtQ reviews, aligning R&D, Manufacturing, Supplier Quality and Service around critical reliability requirements.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability of Critical-to-Quality attributes from product requirements and design through verification, validation, manufacturing and field performance.
• Integrate CtQ requirements into key quality processes, including Design-, Process-, Service FMEA and Safety Risk Management and product development activities.
• Ensure field performance, reliability and customer insights will feed back to CtQs to continuously improve product quality and future product generations.
• Drive continuous improvement of CtQ methodologies, tools and KPIs.

More About You

• A degree in Engineering, Quality, Science or another technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience in Product Development, Reliability Engineering, Design Quality, Manufacturing Engineerng or Operational Excellence within a highly regulated industry, ideally Medical Devices, Aerospace or Automotive.
• Hands-on experience leading the practical application of APQP, PPAP, FMEA and Lean initiatives to improve overall product quality.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems with hands-on experience in ISO 9001; experience with ISO 13485, ISO 14971, and IEC 62304 is an advantage.
• Experience working cross-functionally with R&D, Product Development and Manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle is highly desirable.
• A curious, pragmatic and entrepreneurial mindset, combined with excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
