Qualifikationen

• MBA and APICS certification desirable.
• Experience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence tools is preferred.
• Experience managing suppliers and negotiating contracts.
• GMP manufacturing operations experience required.
• ERP, MRP, SAP knowledge is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manage the manufacturing operations of strategic collaborator to ensure products meet customer needs.
• Understand process details for products manufactured at the collaborator facility.
• Lead cost feasibility requests submitted by the collaborator and advise the Director of Operations.
• Lead negotiations of commercial claims and assess collaborator capabilities for new products.
• Support long-term strategies to improve efficiency and capabilities; manage improvements.
• Oversee technology transfer and startup activity at third-party facilities; ensure compliant operations.
• Develop monthly metrics supporting key operational performance; ensure documentation compliance.
