• Manage the manufacturing operations of the strategic collaborator to ensure products are available to meet customer needs.
• Develop a strong understanding of the process and all technical details for the product manufactured at the partner facility.
• Lead negotiations of commercial claims and evaluate the collaborator's capability to support new product platforms.
• Support long-term strategies that ensure year-over-year efficiency and capability improvements.
• Manage improvements, validations, and scale-ups at the partner site.
• Support capacity management, tracking of capital equipment and related projects.
• Ensure documentation, training, and archiving comply with policies and regulations.
