Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in a healthcare or similarly complex, regulatory dependent sector with growing levels of responsibility and demonstrated leadership track record in Supply Chain Planning.
• In-depth planning experience and understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles.
• Ability to work independently in a structured and determined way, leading priorities and delivering reliable results.
• Team leader-coach: grow diverse talent and deliver on goals.
• Experience creating customer-centric E2E supply chain strategies and delivering results.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day supply planning processes for the Depuy Synthes portfolio with global manufacturing sites.
• Develop and supervise demand, supply and executive reviews to achieve planning excellence.
• Ensure product availability at the right place, time, and quantity to service customers.
• Lead and coach the team to deliver accurate results and commitments.
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites, Global Plan, Operations & Value Stream teams to address issues.
• Drive inventory visibility and optimization across the network.
