• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

• Leads the EHDS Data Inventory and Cataloging workstream.
• Maintains complete inventory of in-scope data and ownership.
• Applies data classification for EHDS secondary-use categories.
• Applies HealthDCAT-AP metadata standards where required.
• Develops minimum metadata requirements and governance guidance.
• Coordinates with data owners and legal for data ownership and EHDS obligations.
• Ensures catalog descriptions stay current and accurate.
• Plans pilot cataloging activities and scalable processes.
