Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director for EHDS Data Cataloguing within Clinical Data Transparency. The role is the operational and technical lead responsible for identifying, classifying, registering, and maintaining in-scope health data under the European Health Data Space.

Hybrid work is available across various locations. You will coordinate data owners across functions, apply EHDS metadata standards such as HealthDCAT-AP, and ensure catalogue entries are complete

• Leads the EHDS Data Inventory and Cataloging workstream and coordinates data owners and functional representatives.
• Establishes a complete inventory of in-scope data including ownership, category, source, and status.
• Applies and maintains classification against EHDS data categories and implementation requirements.
• Applies the HealthDCAT-AP metadata standard for complete, interoperable catalog entries.
• Develops metadata requirements, decision framework, and controls for consistent cataloging.
• Coordinates with data owners to obtain and maintain dataset information; drives resolution through governance channels.
