• Sets the program management strategy and integrated delivery approach for EHDS, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business priorities.
• Leads the integrated program plan, roadmap, milestones, outcomes, and success measures across multiple workstreams.
• Directs program execution with clear accountability and governance, managing risks and dependencies.
• Advises senior governance bodies on direction, trade-offs and resource needs.
• Navigates a complex stakeholder landscape and communicates progress to leadership.
