Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine R&D seeks a Director, Regulatory Data Office Leader in a hybrid role based in Allschwil, Switzerland. Lead the Regulatory Data Hub and set governance standards, partnering with R&D, IT, and data science to enable trusted regulatory data for analytics and decision making.

You will chair the Regulatory Data Council, drive end-to-end data governance, and guide transformation initiatives across URP, MDM, and AI tooling, ensuring high-quality data supports

Qualifikationen

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, Computer Science/Technology or Regulatory Affairs (or equivalent).
• Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD/PharmD) preferred.
• 10+ years in medium-to-large pharmaceutical/medtech environment with regulatory affairs knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Lead Data Office operations and governance for Regulatory Data Hub, ensuring trusted data for analytics and decision-making.
• Chair Regulatory Data Council and align data standards with enterprise governance.
• Provide strategic leadership to end-to-end RIM transformation and integration with URP and AI tooling.
• Manage a global team of data stewards, set priorities, and develop capabilities across functions.
