Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Typically requires 5–8 years of experience in engineering project management or a related engineering role.
• Proven experience managing cross‑functional projects in a manufacturing, medical device, or regulated environment.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and quality systems.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from initiation through completion, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure project alignment and execution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports for stakeholders and leadership.
• Identify project risks and issues, implement mitigation plans, and escape as appropriate.
• Ensure projects comply with applicable quality systems, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.
• Manage change control processes and ensure alignment with approved project objectives.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and engineering practices.
• Track project performance metrics and ensure lessons learned are captured and applied to future projects.
