Responsabilités

• Manage and maintain the existing drug product portfolio and customer base within the assigned territories.
• Be responsible for achieving the sales targets for the drug product portfolio within the assigned territories.
• Develop relationships with existing customers and co-development partners.
• Identify and develop new prospective customers for licensing of Siegfried’s technologies and for contract development and manufacturing of drug products.
• Negotiate pricing, term sheets and commercial contracts; licence and supply agreements and collaborate with Quality for technical/quality agreements.
• Coordinate successful customer launches of new generic products; provide market information and forecasts to project teams.
• Prepare annual budget and medium-term plan for the drug product business.

Your Role:

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Senior Manager Business Development DP to join our team, based in Zofingen, Switzerland. Reporting to the Global Head of Sales Drug Product your main responsibilities would be:

• Manage and maintain the existing drug product portfolio and customer base within the assigned territories.
• Be responsible for achieving the sales targets for the drug product portfolio within the assigned territories.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers and co-development partners.
• Identify and develop new prospective customers within the assigned territories for the licensing of Siegfried’s proprietary technologies and for contract development and manufacturing of drug products.
• Negotiate pricing, term sheets and commercial contracts.
• Negotiate licence and supply agreements and, in collaboration with the Quality department, support the negotiation of technical and quality agreements.
• Coordinate the successful customer launch of new generic products into the market.
• Provide the project team with relevant market information, customer insights and sales forecasts during the development of new products.
• Prepare the annual budget and medium-term plan for the drug product business.

Specific Tasks, Responsibilities and Skills:

• Prepare the annual sales budget and contribute to the medium-term planning process.
• Support portfolio management by analysing market access and commercial potential for targeted drug products and providing relevant input to project teams.
• Identify and assess potential partners for co-development agreements.
• Participate in launch team meetings for new drug products.
• Participate in project team meetings related to product development.
• Monitor customer payments and support the timely resolution of overdue receivables.
• Negotiate term sheets with partners and customers for new projects.
• Participate in opening and introductory meetings during customer audits, as required.
• Ensure that customer quality-related requests are directed to the appropriate stakeholders within Siegfried.
• Coordinate the follow-up of customer claims and complaints in collaboration with the Quality department, Supply Chain and Customer Service.
• Evaluate and analyse market opportunities for the current and future drug product portfolio.
• Conduct competitor intelligence and market analyses to support commercial and portfolio decisions.

Your Profile:
