Siegfried in Evionnaz invites a Head of Engineering & Maintenance to lead the site’s engineering, maintenance and utilities activities. You will define medium- and long-term roadmaps and ensure reliable operations aligned with quality, safety and environmental standards.

You will manage budgets, capital projects and automation strategies while guiding teams and external providers. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in engineering and has extensive leadership in pharma/chemical environments,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Significant experience leading engineering and maintenance in chemical or pharmaceutical industries.
• Proven people management skills with ability to unite teams.
• Ability to collaborate across international functions and ensure GMP/ISO compliance.

• Define and manage budgets within scope and the five-year capex plan.
• Oversee capital investment projects from requirements through commissioning and qualification.
• Ensure availability and capacity of facilities, equipment and utilities.
