Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Several years of experience within the biopharmaceutical industry (manufacturing, process development, technology transfer, or process validation).
• Strong technical expertise in biologics manufacturing processes, preferably DSP.
• Solid understanding of GMP requirements and experience in highly regulated environments.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership across functions and sites.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel to Germany (about 20%).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, optimize, and enhance manufacturing and operational processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Lead technology transfer and scale-up activities into GMP manufacturing environments.
• Ensure manufacturing readiness through effective process implementation and operational support.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support during production campaigns and process challenges.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve process performance, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives and projects.
• Support customer engagements, technical presentations, audits, inspections, and problem-solving activities.
