Job summary

AurigaVision AG in Basel seeks a Senior Manager to oversee strategic manufacturing solutions for downstream processing of biologics. You will drive process development, tech transfer, and GMP manufacturing readiness across global sites.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s or PhD in a related field, several years in biopharma, and strong GMP knowledge with proven leadership and bilingual German/English capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Several years of experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing, process development, or tech transfer.
• Strong GMP understanding and experience in regulated environments.
• Ability to lead complex projects and influence stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Drive development, optimization, and industrialization of biologics manufacturing processes.
• Lead tech transfer and scale-up into GMP manufacturing environments.
• Ensure manufacturing readiness and provide operational support during campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to advance strategic initiatives.
• Support audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance efforts.
