Job summary

AurigaVision AG in Basel, Switzerland, is seeking a Senior Manager Strategic Manufacturing Solutions (Downstream Processing - Biologics) to drive development, optimization and industrialization of DSP processes for biologics, from process development through GMP manufacturing.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Process Development, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and international sites to ensure operational excellence and manufacturing readiness, leading tech transfer and scale-up into GMP

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering or related.
• Several years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry (manufacturing, process development, tech transfer or validation).
• Strong GMP knowledge and experience in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize manufacturing and operational processes for biologics DSP.
• Lead technology transfer and scale-up into GMP manufacturing environments.
• Ensure manufacturing readiness and provide troubleshooting during campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
• Support customer engagements, audits, inspections, and problem-solving activities.
