Job summary

Medartis AG in Basel, Switzerland, seeks a Senior Legal Counsel to lead cross-border M&A, contract negotiation, and governance within its in-house team. Qualifications

• 5–8 years of in-house counsel experience in an international company.
• Completed law degree from a Swiss university; Swiss bar admission and/or LL.M. preferred.
• Experience with M&A transactions and cross‑border contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead M&A projects from due diligence through integration.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating international commercial agreements and standardizing templates.
• Advise headquarters and foreign subsidiaries on corporate, commercial, and economic law.
