Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate high-value international commercial contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with anti-bribery frameworks and healthcare interactions.
• Coordinate with Sales Operations, Finance and Legal to meet business objectives.
• Navigate regulatory, data privacy and cross-border regulatory considerations.
