Jobtailor is seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to support corporate clients’ IT infrastructures and ensure smooth operation of assigned customer systems.

You will handle incidents, perform root cause analysis, monitor systems, and contribute to change implementations using your expertise in Windows Server, AD, Exchange, and cloud technologies. Fluency in German and English and a customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in a comparable IT role.
• Broad, well-founded expertise in Windows Server, AD, Exchange, SQL, O365/Office 365 and Azure.
• Citrix XenApp/Desktop, virtualization and storage solutions (ESX, Hyper-V / NetApp, Nimble).
• Backup (Veeam, Backup Exec) and firewall/network expertise (Sophos, Cisco).
• Degree from a higher technical school; technical certifications are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Support in the operation of corporate clients' IT infrastructures.
• Responsible for the smooth and comprehensive operation of the customer systems assigned to you.
• Incident resolution, root cause analysis and remediation, and system monitoring.
• Maintenance of IT infrastructures.
• Development of implementation concepts for change requests.
• Taking responsibility for implementing the agreed implementation concepts.
