L’OCCITANE Group is seeking an Internal Auditor Senior Manager to advance its assurance and risk management program. You will report to the Group Director Internal Audit and collaborate with stakeholders across subsidiaries and leadership. Travel up to 40% annually is required.

The role focuses on risk assessment, annual audit planning, and delivering risk-based engagements worldwide, including manufacturing, distribution, and retail. Fluency in French and English is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in audit, controls, risks, or related field.
• CIA/CPA/CA certification preferred.
• 8+ years of internal audit experience in a management role.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, and operational auditing.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, project management, cost accounting.
• Hands-on, pragmatic with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, SAP, Excel, and data tools.
• Able to work in an agile, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Support group risk assessment and annual audit plan.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to roll out audit plan.
• Take accountability for internal audit toolbox and agile management.
• Prepare and roll out risk-based audit engagements globally.
• Agree on pragmatic action plans and promote audit as a business advisor.
• Draft clear, insightful audit reports with actionable recommendations.
• Monitor agreed action plans and support continuous improvement.
• Conduct ad hoc reviews on strategic topics to identify improvement sources.
• Coordinate external auditors and consultants on assignments.
• Engage in large-scale projects like expansion, digital transformation.
