L’OCCITANE Group is seeking a Group Compensation Manager to drive global salary processes, job grading, and incentive programs across brands from its Plan-les-Ouates HQ near Geneva.

You will collaborate with leadership, lead complex projects, and ensure pay transparency and market competitiveness in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. This role offers hybrid work and opportunities to shape Total Rewards strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-country compensation experience in international environments.
• Proven track record leading complex compensation projects.
• Expert in job evaluation and salary structure design.
• Strong knowledge of incentive plans design and implementation.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual salary and bonus review process globally.
• Govern job grading and salary structure tools worldwide.
• Manage corporate incentive schemes and other variable remuneration projects.
• Contribute to compensation policy design and transformation.
• Perform global compensation benchmarks and analytics.
• Promote pay transparency in line with regulations.
• Support HR teams on organization changes with position content and grading.
