L’OCCITANE Group is seeking a Group Compensation Manager to lead global salary and bonus review processes and shape compensation policy across brands from its Plan-les-Ouates HQ near Geneva.

You will partner with Group and Brand leadership, drive job evaluation, salary structure governance, and incentive schemes, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors and analytics to attract and retain top talent in a dynamic, multi-country environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a multi-country/regional compensation expert in international environments.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong track record leading complex compensation projects and processes.
• Expert in job evaluation and salary structure design and transformation.
• Experience designing and implementing incentive plans.
• Proficient with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global salary and bonus review processes.
• Govern job grading and salary structure tools globally.
• Manage corporate incentive schemes and other remuneration projects.
• Design and transform compensation policy.
• Perform global compensation benchmarks and provide recommendations.
