Job summary

The L’OCCITANE Group is seeking a highly motivated Group Compensation Manager to join the Group C&B and HRIS Team. Based at the WHQ in Plan-les-Ouates near Geneva, you will lead global salary and bonus reviews, manage job grading and salary structures, and drive incentive schemes across multiple brands in an international context.

You will collaborate with global leadership to design compensation policies, conduct benchmarking, and support HR teams in organizational evolution.

Qualifications

5+ years’ experience as multi-country compensation expert in international environments.
Successful track record leading complex projects in decentralized and fast-paced environments.
Expert in job evaluation and salary structures design & transformation.
Strong experience with incentive plan design & implementation.
Analytical and data consolidation experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the annual salary & bonus review process globally.
Manage job grading & salary structure governance and tools globally.
Manage Corporate incentive schemes (CIP) and other variable remuneration projects.
Contribute to the design and transformation of the compensation policy.
Perform compensation analysis and benchmarks globally to assess positioning and competitiveness.
Animate global strategy on Pay transparency, in line with regulations.
Assist HR teams in evolution of organizations with position content, title and grade.
