Zusammenfassung

Birgma International SA in Avry, Switzerland, is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and operation of our global IT infrastructure across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

You will manage Azure and Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Citrix, VMware/Hyper-V, and SQL Server while driving automation, security by design, and reliability for critical services used by our retail and e-commerce platforms.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of IT infrastructure experience, including 2–4 years in a senior role.
• Proven experience administering Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong experience managing Active Directory and hybrid identity environments.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Experience with Windows Server infrastructure, storage, backup and disaster recovery.
• SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager experience.
• Certifications: AZ-305, MS-102, VMware or similar.
• Strong troubleshooting and security governance for hybrid/cloud environments.
• Fluent in English.

Aufgaben

• Cloud and Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Manage Entra ID and hybrid identity integration, CA policies, and access controls.
• Deploy, administer, and troubleshoot Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (on‑prem and Azure).
• Maintain VMware/Hyper‑V virtualization, including hosts and VMs.
• Administer On‑Prem servers, AD, storage, backups, and SQL Server infrastructure.
• Develop automation scripts with PowerShell and monitor infrastructure performance.
• Collaborate with security and networking teams to enforce secure configurations.
