Zusammenfassung

SKAN in Basel-Landschaft is seeking an experienced Senior ICT System Engineer / Technical Project Lead to advance our Microsoft-based hybrid cloud infrastructure. You will connect on-premises systems with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, manage IAM, Entra ID, MFA, and PKI, and lead complex infrastructure projects.

Required are 5+ years in ICT infrastructure, strong Windows Server/AD knowledge, and ITIL familiarity.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
• At least 5 years of professional ICT infrastructure experience, including technical project management.
• In-depth experience with Microsoft-based hybrid cloud infrastructures.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and GPO.
• Experience with PKI / AD CS, certificate management and lifecycle management.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Knowledge of IAM, MFA, Conditional Access and RBAC.
• Experience migrating on-premises to cloud and automating operational tasks.
• Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management processes (Incident/Problem/Change).

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate ICT infrastructure and hybrid cloud projects from planning through implementation.
• Design, operate and modernize the hybrid Microsoft infrastructure (on-prem, Azure, M365).
• Administer Entra ID, IAM, MFA, CA and certificate lifecycle management.
• Modernize central Windows Server, AD, and cloud services; migrate toward hybrid and cloud architectures.
• Integrate remote locations into standardized, secure ICT infrastructure.
• Contribute to security, governance, backup, recovery, and data concepts.
• Automate processes using PowerShell.
• Ensure stable, secure, and high-performing operations and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Create technical documentation and collaborate with stakeholders and partners.
