Job summary

Nabu Casa is seeking a Senior ICT Technician to own internal IT for a distributed team, ensuring secure, reliable computers, accounts and tools. You will collaborate with the Cloud engineering team to maintain a robust server landscape and automate provisioning with Ansible.

You will manage Google Workspace, SSO and password management, maintain security baselines, and document systems and processes to empower colleagues worldwide.

Qualifications

• Several years of IT/Systems administration experience.
• Hands-on Ansible for configuration management and automation.
• Strong Linux administration skills including firewall configuration.
• Experience supporting macOS, Windows and Linux users.
• Experience administering Google Workspace, SSO, MFA and password management tools.
• Solid understanding of endpoint and identity security.
• Scripting skills for automation (Bash or Python).
• Clear written communication in English; ability to aid colleagues with varying technical knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own internal IT for a distributed global team.
• Run identity and access management (Google Workspace, SSO, MFA).
• Maintain and secure internal systems and software.
• Secure and maintain server landscape with Cloud engineering team (Linux, firewall).
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and offboarding with Ansible and scripting.
• Manage configuration, licenses and costs of internal tools (Slack, Google Workspace, Jira).
• Define internal security baseline; run access reviews; align with GDPR and security frameworks.
• Respond to internal security incidents and lead follow-up.
• Document systems, runbooks and self-service guides.
