Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a relevant field with solid HR reporting experience.
• Proven expertise in Workday reporting, governance, and access control.
• Experience handling regulated reporting and audits with strong traceability.
• Strong collaboration skills in a matrix organisation and excellent communication.

• Deliver end-to-end HR reporting for the Group, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Industrialize, simplify, and automate reporting processes for scale.
• Define HR reporting standards, definitions, calculations, and hierarchies.
• Lead governance of Workday reporting and maintain a robust operating model.
• Partner with HR, data, and platform teams to ensure scalable solutions.
