HOLY FASHION GROUP in Kreuzlingen, Switzerland, is seeking a Payroll & HR Reporting specialist to join our team. You will manage monthly payroll across several countries and maintain employee master data with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

You will collaborate with HR partners and external partners, support HR Controlling, and contribute to data-driven HR analytics and KPI reporting for national and international activities.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial or business-related vocational training, a university degree or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in HR Administration, Payroll, HR Controlling or a comparable HR environment.
• Knowledge of payroll, wage tax and social security legislation in a European context is an advantage.
• Confident use of a common HR/payroll system, ideally SAP HR.
• Very good MS Excel skills and a strong understanding of numbers and data.
• Good written and spoken German skills.
• Strong analytical skills and interest in HR Controlling and KPIs.
• Structured, accurate and independent way of working.

Aufgaben

• Managing monthly payroll processes across several countries.
• Maintaining employee master data and time management with high data quality.
• Acting as a contact for employees, HR Business Partners and external partners on payroll and HR matters.
• Supporting HR Controlling with day‑to‑day tasks and ad hoc topics.
• Preparing and developing HR evaluations, statistics, KPIs and reports.
• Analyzing HR data to support decision making.
• Supporting month‑end/year‑end closing and internal/external audits.
• Contributing to development and optimization of payroll, reporting and HR processes.
