Richemont seeks a Senior Manager Data and Analytics to lead a data team within Group Responsible and Strategic Procurement. You will define data strategy, governance, and analytics capabilities, enabling procurement leaders and 20+ Maisons across Regions. Role emphasizes actionable insights, data literacy, and ethical data use.

You will drive dashboards, ML solutions, and reporting frameworks, partnering with Data Office and stakeholders to deliver measurable value and cost savings.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as CS, engineering or economics.
• 8+ years of progressive data analytics/BI/data science experience with management exposure.

• Define and implement data strategy, analytics capabilities and governance.
• Lead data platforms, warehouses, and integration across systems.
• Drive analytics, dashboards, and insights for procurement leadership and regions.
• Develop data governance policies ensuring GDPR compliance and privacy.
• Mentor a team of data professionals and upskill in AI tools for procurement.
• Communicate findings clearly to senior stakeholders and executives.
