Richemont's Group HR Digital & Data function seeks a senior HR Operations expert to lead the implementation of HR Operating Model changes and translate strategy into practical workflows across the Group.

You will drive process diagnostics, data‑driven improvements and automation initiatives, partnering with Group Leads, Group Platforms and regional teams to deliver scalable, compliant HR processes.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in HR Management or related field is required.
• 10+ years experience in HR Operations, Operational Excellence or HR Technology within a global org.
• Strong ability to analyze, simplify and improve processes.
• Proven experience applying process improvement methodologies with data-driven problem solving.
• Ability to translate analysis into pragmatic, scalable solutions.
• Knowledge of HR operating models, service delivery environments and process ownership.
• Experience with automation/AI-enabled improvements is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms, Workday preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication across Functions, Regions and HR teams.
• Fluent English; knowledge of French is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Conduct process diagnostics, mapping and mining to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Define and maintain the operational performance framework for HR Operations using KPIs.
• Translate insights into practical recommendations to improve service delivery.
• Lead continuous improvement and standardization of HR Operations across the Group.
• Own the HR Operations improvement backlog and align with Product Owners and regional teams.
• Define and maintain HR Operations process standards, documentation and guidance.
• Engage the global HR Operations community to share knowledge and roadmap changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR Operations through automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
