Richemont Iberia SL is seeking a senior expert to strengthen HR Operations Process Excellence across the Group. You will translate strategic HR direction into practical workflows, lead diagnostics, and drive standardized, automated improvements with global teams.

The role requires a Master’s in HR Management and 10+ years in HR Operations within complex global groups. Fluent English is required; knowledge of French is an asset, and Workday experience is advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in HRM or related field.
• 10+ years in HR Operations, Operational Excellence or HR Technology in global orgs.
• Strong ability to analyse and simplify operational processes.
• Data-driven problem solving and process improvement experience.
• Ability to translate analysis into pragmatic, scalable solutions.
• Understanding of HR operating models and service delivery.
• Automation/AI experience is advantageous.
• Experience with enterprise HR platforms, preferably Workday.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across functions and regions.

• Conduct process diagnostics, mapping and mining to identify inefficiencies.
• Define and maintain an operational performance framework with KPIs.
• Translate insights into concrete recommendations to improve service delivery.
• Lead continuous improvement and standardization across HR operations.
• Own the HR operations backlog and align with product owners and groups.
• Define standards, documentation and guidance for consistent execution.
• Engage the global HR Operations community to share knowledge and roadmaps.
• Identify, promote and implement automation and AI-enabled improvements.
