Qualifications

Master’s degree in a technical discipline.
15+ years of hands-on capital project experience.
Expertise in Stage Gate governance, project controls, and field execution challenges.
Fluent in English; German a strong plus.
Willing to travel up to 20% internationally.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project reviews across the global portfolio, providing robust technical assurance and risk mitigation.
Deputize for leadership and champion governance across the organization.
Develop and simplify the global project review maturity model with risk indicators.
Master and facilitate structured assessment methodologies such as PDRI.
Drive digital intelligence and automation of review workflows and templates.
