Job summary

Enginium is seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer to lead electronics development from concept to industrialization in an international team.

You will drive analog/digital design, define technical specifications for boards and subsystems, coordinate external suppliers, and support validation, qualification and defect resolution across the full lifecycle.

You will participate in system architecture decisions, perform design reviews, and contribute to project cost and schedule reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technical engineering projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Analog and digital electronic design and product sizing.
• Requirements analysis and definition of technical specifications for electronic boards and sub-assemblies.
• System architecture definition and selection of technical solutions.
• Design reviews and industrialization considerations.
• Defect analysis and structured troubleshooting across the full development lifecycle.
• Supplier/co-engineering coordination and progress follow-up.
• Technical input during bid and project execution (cost, planning, reporting).

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities across electronics development projects.
• Translate requirements into clear specifications for boards and subsystems.
• Contribute to system architecture and identify suitable technical solutions.
• Execute detailed design work and support design reviews.
