On is seeking a Visual Merchandising Sr. Specialist (2D/3D Design) to own global VM guidelines across DTC, B2B, and Showrooms.

You will turn editorial concepts into high-quality 2D layouts and 3D renders, building scalable guidelines and ensuring brand aesthetics in all markets. Reporting to the VM leadership team, you will develop core VM tools, collaborate with Area VM Leads, and align regional execution with global standards while driving product storytelling in physical retail environments.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Editorial Design, Interior Design, or related field.
• 4+ years of proven experience as a 2D graphic / 3D specs designer or similar spatial design role.
• Proficiency with Mac/PC and Adobe Creative Cloud; strong 3D software skills (SketchUp).
• Ability to translate editorial concepts into scalable, on-brand visuals for global markets.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage global Visual Merchandising guidelines, toolkits, and standards across DTC, B2B, and Showrooms.
• Translate editorial and seasonal concepts into clear 2D layouts and 3D renders to visualize spatial layouts and zoning.
• Design and develop core VM tools, presentations, and training assets with VM leadership.
• Guide regional execution with Area VM Leads to ensure alignment with global standards.
• Collaborate with DTC, Merchandising, and Buying to reflect product strategies in VM communications.
