On is seeking a Visual Merchandising Sr. Specialist (2D/3D Design) to own global VM guidelines and tools across DTC, B2B, and Showrooms. You will turn editorial concepts into high-quality renders and scalable guidelines.

The role requires a design background, mastery of Adobe CC and SketchUp, and the ability to collaborate with VM leadership and regional teams to ensure brand consistency.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Editorial Design, Interior Design, or related field.
• 4+ years in 2D graphic / 3D specs design or similar spatial role.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience with 3D software such as SketchUp; animation/motion design a plus.
• Strong design and spatial visualization skills.

Aufgaben

• Own global VM guidelines, toolkits, and standards across all markets.
• Translate concepts into 2D layouts and 3D renders for layouts.
• Develop VM tools, presentations, and training assets with VM leadership.
• Support regional execution and align with global standards.
• Collaborate with DTC, Merchandising, and Buying to reflect product priorities.
• Manage the Global VM reporting deck and deadlines for the BX team.
