Universal Genève seeks a Visual Merchandising Manager to shape the retail experience across boutiques and events worldwide. You will partner with Creative, Marketing and Retail teams to transform brand stories into refined physical experiences reflecting heritage and contemporary vision.

With 5+ years in related fields, you will craft window displays, concepts, and activation materials, while managing budgets, timelines, and global brand expression across markets.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in visual merchandising, retail design or related creative field.
• Project management experience in luxury, watchmaking, fashion or premium retail.
• Education in visual merchandising, interior/retail design or architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (PS/AI/InDesign).
• Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with 3D tools like SketchUp or Rhino is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus.
• Fluent English; French/Italian/German a plus.

• Support storytelling of heritage and product collections.
• Coordinate materials, schedules, and productions for assets.
• Lead training sessions for retail teams and partners.
• Uphold best practices and ensure global brand expression.
