Galderma is seeking an HR Operations Team Manager to lead HR operations across Switzerland, Germany and Poland, with a strong emphasis on Swiss payroll and administration. The role covers end-to-end HR processes, vendor coordination, and a high-level, white-glove service to employees and managers.

You will oversee an HR Operations team, ensuring accurate payroll inputs, lifecycle transactions, and compliant documentation across markets, in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years in HR Operations, HR Shared Services or HR Admin, with Swiss payroll knowledge.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes and contracts.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and stakeholders in a multinational setup.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop HR Operations across Switzerland, Germany, and Poland.
• Oversee Swiss payroll operations with vendors and internal teams.
• Manage end-to-end HR administration: contracts, lifecycle events, leaves.
• Ensure compliance and accurate HR documentation per country rules.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to provide high-quality support.
