Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Payroll DS Manager in Zug, Switzerland. This role leads a strategic Payroll and Time Management Hub, spanning Switzerland and key countries such as Germany, ensuring compliant, accurate payroll operations and governance.

The candidate will partner with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal, Compliance, and external vendors to drive transformation, standardization, and service excellence within a matrix environment. Fluency in English is required; German/French are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of payroll experience.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience managing multi-country payroll operations.
• Experience leading payroll teams in regional/hub models.
• Strong knowledge of payroll controls, audits, and governance.
• Proven ability to lead teams through change and transformation.

Aufgaben

• Lead payroll and Time & Attendance Hub for multiple countries.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.
• Establish and drive a consistent operating model and governance framework.
• Balance local country requirements with global standardization objectives.
• Provide strategic direction and oversight for payroll operations and reporting.
• Act as primary escalation point for payroll and attendance matters across the hub.
• Lead stakeholder and vendor management with various departments.
