Idorsia Ltd is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to oversee end-to-end payroll for Europe and Canada, interfacing with external providers and local finance teams. The role combines payroll expertise with strong accounting knowledge in a highly international setting.

The candidate will review payroll inputs, perform reconciliations, and support audits, while driving continuous improvement and automation in processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi-country payroll experience.
• Strong expertise in payroll accounting and variance analysis.
• Experience with EU & I Swiss payroll regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll activities for assigned markets with external providers.
• Validate monthly payroll inputs and outputs.
• Conduct monthly payroll reconciliations (BS and P&L).
• Manage year-end tasks and audits.
• Support payroll implementations and country rollouts.
