Zusammenfassung

Swarovski is seeking a Senior Group FP&A Controller to lead group-wide financial planning, reporting, and governance from its Zurich location. You will drive mid-term planning, budgeting, and KPI reporting, partnering with senior leaders to standardize processes and deliver insightful analyses.

You will manage models, support cross-functional teams, and contribute to strategic decisions. The role is 18 months with extension potential and requires strong English, German a plus, and advanced Excel

Qualifikationen

• Master degree in Finance, Economics or Business
• 5–7 years in a global, fast-paced FP&A/controlling role
• Advanced Excel modelling capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English; German would be an asset
• Knowledge of SAP BW, Tableau, Anaplan and Tagetik is advantageous
• Experience in M&A, due diligence or investment banking is a plus
• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and drive cross-functional initiatives

• Lead and enhance group-wide financial planning and reporting processes
• Develop and maintain planning models for mid-term planning, budget and target setting
• Advise local and central teams on planning and reporting topics
• Standardize planning processes, KPIs, and governance instruments
• Perform ad hoc analyses for top management with clear insights
• Drive cross-functional projects and coordinate with external stakeholders
