Zusammenfassung

Rotzinger Transver, part of the Coesia group, seeks a proactive FP&A/Controlling professional to drive monthly closings, budgeting, and performance insights across Kaiseraugst and Altendorf in Switzerland.

You will partner with project managers and cross-functional teams to monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide clear reporting to support strategic decisions. Fluency in German and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in controlling or FP&A roles.
• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Manage monthly closings, variance analysis vs budget/forecast, and management reporting.
• Partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to monitor project financials and costs.
• Analyze variances and provide insights to Operations to drive efficiency.
• Track and report key industrial KPIs to support performance improvements.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes with regular updates.
