Swarovski is seeking a Senior Finance Leader to partner with the CSCO and Supply Chain leadership, driving end-to-end financial stewardship across manufacturing, procurement, logistics, inventory and distribution. You will shape budgets, forecast performance, and ensure strong controls and reporting, influencing major investment decisions and long-term financial strategy.

You will lead a global SC finance organization across central and site teams, delivering transparency and actionable insights

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in finance/controlling; 5+ in leadership
• Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus
• Strong expertise in supply chain finance and cost accounting
• Proven track record influencing executive decisions
• Sound governance, controls, and audit understanding
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Aufgaben

• Act as senior finance business partner to the Supply Chain Leadership Team, shaping financial decisions
• Lead, coach, and develop a global Supply Chain Finance organization across central and site teams
• Own financial steering of the global supply chain including manufacturing, procurement, logistics, inventory and working capital
• Oversee performance across multiple sites ensuring transparent measurement and alignment with priorities
• Define ambitious financial targets and lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and CAPEX management
• Ensure accurate COGS reporting and actionable cost transparency for decision-making
• Drive governance and compliance across supply chain processes
• Oversee inventory valuation, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Partner with Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, R&D, GBS, and Group Finance to identify value opportunities
• Drive inventory optimization and reduce obsolescence through better financial steering
• Standardize finance processes, controls, KPIs, reporting and automation
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and translate complex topics into clear recommendations
