Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or related sciences.
• 15+ years of progressive procurement experience in global organizations.
• Proven leadership in contract manufacturing procurement.
• Experience with global contract manufacturing markets and outsourcing models.
• Strong track record in high-value negotiations and supplier strategies.
• Experience advising executives with market intelligence and data-driven insights.

Aufgaben

• Own and evolve multi-year contract manufacturing strategy, delivering cost transformation and risk mitigation.
• Translate market dynamics and cost drivers into actionable procurement plans.
• Influence senior leaders and align regional teams behind a common strategy.
• Lead major negotiations and strategic supplier partnerships.
• Oversee supplier relationship programs to improve performance and value.
• Assess manufacturing footprint and make-or-buy opportunities to boost resilience.
