Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related discipline.
• 15+ years of progressive procurement experience, including at least 5 years leading category management within Corporate Services.
• Proven track record delivering procurement value through cost reduction, supplier innovation, and process improvements.
• Strong strategic sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier management.
• Excellent financial and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

• Own and evolve multi-year global category strategies aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Lead cross-functional category teams to deliver measurable business impact.
• Lead complex negotiations and critical supplier agreements with senior stakeholders.
• Provide market insight and strategic direction as the category expert for Corporate Services.
• Influence executive stakeholders and shape supplier markets.
