Job summary

Solevo Group, a Geneva-headquartered international chemical distributor, seeks a Group Compensation & Benefits Manager & HRBP. You will design and govern compensation and benefits across Africa subsidiaries, act as HRBP for HQ Switzerland and UAE, and manage payroll, benefits and compliance.

You will partner with Finance and Management to align rewards with strategy, develop analytics, and lead a small Comp & Ben team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in HR, Business, Economics, Finance or related field.
• 5-7 years of HR experience including 3+ years in compensation & benefits in international environment.
• Hands-on HR generalist experience in Switzerland with payroll and social insurances knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and govern group reward policies (salary, incentives, benefits, allowances, mobility).
• Define approval rules for pay decisions and advise on offers and pay adjustments.
• Manage group salary reviews and benchmarking with reward consultancies.
• Monitor inflation and exchange rate movements; propose adjustment mechanisms.
• Produce reward dashboards and analytics for leadership and COMEX.
• Oversee group benefits programs and renewals.
