Zusammenfassung

FarmaMondo Group, headquartered in Chiasso, Switzerland, seeks a Senior Accounting Specialist to manage day-to-day accounting, consolidate IFRS and local GAAP data, and support treasury and reporting for its international operations.

You will report to the Head of Finance & Accounting and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial statements and compliant processes across multiple entities.

Qualifikationen

• Min 5–8 years of accounting experience with consolidation responsibilities.
• High school diploma in business administration, accounting, or a related field.
• Know-how of general ledger systems, accounts payable processing, and treasury.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Solid experience in group consolidation and FX accounting.
• Strong English language skills and fluency in Italian.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite; SAP B1 experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities for multi-entity operations.
• Full accountability for accounting management of small legal entities including closing.
• Analyze general ledger accounts and investigate variances.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and accruals.
• Perform bank reconciliations and treasury activities including cash flow forecasting.
