• Proven experience with Magnitude or Hyperion.
• Solid multi-entity and multi-currency expertise.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

For one of our clients - an international company based in Geneva (airport) - we are looking for a Consolidation & Reporting Manager to strengthen its Finance team.

In this strategic role, you will lead the group consolidation process, ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, and support the delivery of high-quality financial information in compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual group consolidation process.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across multiple entities.
• Manage financial accounting and reporting activities under IFRS, Swiss GAAP and local statutory frameworks.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and oversee the elimination of intragroup transactions.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closings, including balance sheet reviews and multi-currency reconciliations.
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and provide meaningful insights to management.
• Support external and internal audits and maintain a strong internal control environment.
• Oversee statutory reporting obligations and liaise with local finance teams.
• Contribute to treasury-related activities, including cash-flow reporting, liquidity monitoring, and foreign exchange exposure analysis.
• Support tax reporting and compliance requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvements in consolidation, reporting processes and financial systems.

Profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit.
• +7/ 10 years of experience in group consolidation, financial reporting or audit within an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and exposure to Swiss GAAP.
• Proven experience with consolidation tools such as Magnitude or Hyperion.
• Strong understanding of multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with international stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
