Job summary

Transman Consulting represents an international Fiduciary Services client in Switzerland (Zug) seeking a Senior Fiduciary Accountant (m/f). You will manage client mandates with hands-on fiduciary/Treuhand experience, handling accounting, tax and payroll.

You will independently manage financial administration for client companies in Switzerland, prepare financial statements, review taxes and payroll, and oversee closing processes in line with SCO, IFRS and US GAAP where required.

Qualifications

• Swiss diploma or fiduciary certification is required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Switzerland.
• Hands-on fiduciary/treuhand experience with client mandates.

Responsibilities

• Interface to accounting team as SME in accounting, tax and payroll.
• Independently manage financial administration for Swiss client companies.
• Prepare and review financial statements, taxes, VAT and payroll.
• Oversee closing process and SCO-compliant reporting.
• Prepare IFRS/US GAAP reporting and SCO transition calculations.
• Collaborate with legal and tax advisors for compliance.
• Support team heads on fiduciary projects and cross-department initiatives.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and intercompany reconciliations.
• Monitor client structures for opportunities.
• Assist in incorporations, restructurings and liquidations.
• Possibility to become administrative board member for Swiss mandates.
