Job summary

Norman Alex is recruiting a senior sales manager for its Zurich office to lead the sale of our funds to financial institutions across German-speaking Switzerland, with potential outreach to Germany and Austria.

The role requires a proven track record of 10+ years in fund sales within the DACH region, and fluency in English and German to engage sophisticated institutional clients and discuss investment strategies and fund performance confidently.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of fund sales experience in the target markets (DACH).
• Fluent in English and German.
• Able to discuss investment strategy with sophisticated institutional clients.

Responsibilities

• Sell the company's funds to financial institutions in German-speaking Switzerland and possibly Germany and Austria.
• Develop and expand wholesale and distributions channels.
• Articulate investment strategy and fund performance to institutional clients.
