TalentCloud Group is currently supporting a Swiss-based investment management firm in the search for an ambitious Investment Sales & Business Development Associate in Zug, Switzerland (1–2 days home office).

The role focuses on promoting and distributing UCITS credit opportunity strategies to family offices, wealth managers, and smaller institutional investors across the DACH region, with a native German speaker and fluent in English required.

Qualifications

I am currently supporting a Swiss-based investment management firm in the search for an ambitious and commercially driven Investment Sales Associate to support the continued growth of their fund distribution activities across the DACH region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated junior to mid-level profile looking to develop within the world of investment management, fund distribution & alternative investments.

The position will focus initially on the promotion and distribution of UCITS credit opportunity strategies to family offices, wealth managers and smaller institutional investors.

The Profile:

• 1–5 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong commercial / hunter mentality
• Previous sales or business development exposure preferred
• Interest in investment management / financial markets
• A native German speaker & fluent in English (mandatory)
• Additional languages are considered a plus
